My journey began in New York City, where I worked in jobs ranging from investment management to human resources consulting.
I’m a Senior Advisor in Human Resources for First Key Consulting, where I specialize in working with breweries on HR-focused projects.
I’ve worked in the craft beer industry beginning since 2014, where I’ve developed training programs and taproom operations processes for the 8th largest craft brewing company in the United States, and have been responsible for the taproom start-up operations of three breweries.
